Given the support needed, Baan Kingkaew students develop into good, healthy citizens

Unfortunately, in the wake of the Asian financial crisis, earnings from the Foundation's endowment have not been adequate to meet the annual cost of serving the children in our care. The Foundation's governing committee Is grateful for the financial support provided by the Chiang Mai Provincial Authority, the Chiang Mai public welfare department and the Social Welfare Council of Thailand, as well as for the generosity of numerous private donors. We are continuing to solicit donations to help our Children through this difficult period.

Ways to Help

We would greatly appreciate you assistance as we seek to provide a caring home. You can help by:

• Sponsoring a child. Caring for one child at Baan Kingkaew costs just 4,000 Baht (about US$ 100) per year, or 25 US cents per day. Won't you support just one?
• Volunteering your time. Playing with the babies for just one afternoon a month gives them the warmth of
  being loved. To volunteer, please contact our volunteer coordinator at 0 5327 5650.
• Donations of goods. We would appreciate donations of new and used toys and certain household appliances. To coordinate donations please contact the donation coordinator at 0 5327 5650
